Hi all, I am toying with the idea of fitting a polybush kit to the Terrano, firstly what are the main benifits to upgrading? Socondly I would like to know if this is too technical to be done by myself and how long its likely to take. Thirdly where is the best place to get the polybush kit?

If its just the ARB and droplinks you are on about Eddie, its worth replacing the bushes and links themselves in any event - they go manky after a while and are cheap enough from Milners, and apart from having to grind off the ball joint from the ARB itself its a piece of pi$$.

As for the polybushes....complete waste of time on a vehicle like this. You normally fit them on a road car to sharpen up the handling and suspension, and they tend to stiffen up the ride a little as they are harder than the OEM rubber items. But on a Terrano? nah....at least not IMHO. You'd have to do much more drastic stuff to improve the ride on these things.
