Playing up Briercliffe in the snow

Went out for a wee play last night on the Briercliffe back roads, was quite deep in places! Shame there was not another 4x4 with me though as I know an ace road that was over 1.5 feet deep but I wont risk it alone...

Well I had fun! That last pic was taken from my car window, what a wall of snow that is!!!!

Also had fun recovering one of my customers yesterday aft. Got a call at work... "can you come recover my Bentley GT please"
WHAT THE HELL WAS HE DOING OUT IN THAT!!!!!
Sent him the invoice today though...

You never seen a permenent 4x4 doughnut... then theres the power drifts at mental speeds, very little chance of spinning out just keep it planted and all 200 horses galloping

i would do but i only have a couple of passes this month and i am using both of them

Just as long as Ged the one we had to remove from NW4X4 isnt going... as I dont think it would be an idea for any of the mods to turn up on one of his trips.
I'll check my bank balance and speak with the boss lady. Could probably do it on a single tank of gas without a prob so thirty quid or so! :thumbs

yep driven the lanes the last time, but not in the snow, their are a couple of locals with us as well that have driven them

ged as far as i know isnt one of them i knew he went mia not too sure why, what does ged drive and i can tell you if he is coming

i think mrdimmu is the only one from that site had the route checked by a glass rep as well

thru fresh snow fields, sorry roads.

my h/t's are doing pretty good, wonder if santa can
bring me some grabber at2s, or kl71s.

No I know its not that deep, nothing for Briercliffe really I'll have to find the pic of the 7ft wall across the same road a few years back. Took a week for a JCB to clear it all...

Some good prices on KL71's about at the moment, grabbers are quite a lot more!

Let you into a trade secret tho... numbers of aggressive tyres are falling fast. There is a matter of a 3 figure sum left in the country and they are expected to sell out within 1 week. Most manufacturers are on overdrive but they say stock wont be replenished till late Jan...
