€90 (I think about 78 sterling) but I thought it was worth it to stop the ****ing thing annoying me

Thats not bad then, for a second hand one from a scrapper your looking at £40+.... then you have the farting about with mileage not matching!
A new one from Nissan would prob cost you 3x that much!!!

I take it you removed it and posted it away to them?

Yebbut they only need 10mins with soldering iron to reflow all the joints.

+10mins to remove and +10mins to replace in the vehicle.

Did mine about 6months ago as Timbo said about a 30 minute job. but now has an intermittent fault where i lose everything see above for the price new.

If you loose the speedo, gauges and lcd, then check the fuses- the one for the interior lights also supplies the clocks.

And the rest if its a magneti marreli (however its spelt) when mine was playing up couldnt find one anywhere to start with then when they became available the cheapest were around £150 (if my memory serves me correctly)

I actually didn't do anything myself. I dropped the jeep and picked it up a few hours later with a working display So I thought the price wasn't that bad , especially after seeing the quote from N****n

do an internet search. theres one company, i seem to recall in Nottingham area :nenau do a post and fix package. They crop up all the time on the searches.
