Well I'm home again and my voice has nearly returned:lol
Note to self "dont try talking over the band":doh
We set up the tent Fri night and had the bar fully "checked" by 8 :sly
Had a few test pints while thinking of poor Dan parked on that there M5:lol
That may also have caused us to larf our socks off as that ruddy disco got stuck on the beach again:lol
Late home
Sat. morning and 17 boats signed in for the racing in a forecast force 3-4
First race about 12 and the weather did it's worse but sailing was good.
Here's an International "Moth" on foils
Your's truley trying to act sober!
Race back to the bar:lol
We had about 30 yachts in the bay who'd raced here from Cardigan, Newquay and Aberearon. So that lot soon filled the bar as the wind had dropped off
A view from the bar
Pig roast smelled mmmmmmmmmm The sun came out
Band were set up and blasting away for the sunset and then the party proper kicked in:naughty
The pretty ones were out to play too:naughty
My daughters and Marie er "Enjoying"
Neris on tamborine and my daughter keeping time:lol
To my mate Chris and his band "Coldshot"
While outside in firejuggler land the scene was cool man:splif
We had a visit from the boys in blue at about 8 mins past 1am to er "Remind us of the 1am licence":doh So we er closed up:augie:naughty:lolRemember we're in a ruddy great tent so "guest only" for a while:sly
Sunday morning at 7.30 a bunch of us nursed ourselves dazzed and confused round the beach in tidy up mode before starting again(racing that is) Bacon butty refuel and everything seemed alright again
Dan had survived very well I think although the missus and Ice weren't so sure:nenau
Got two more races in before the wind died again but I'm happy to report a Team Wales win for Makeitfit and crew Fraser:beer
