Thinking of converting my 3dr SWB into a commercial

The only things I can see that need doing are

Side windows removing/blanking out - is this easy to achieve?
Remove rear seats and load carrier
Plywood behind rear seats
Plywood floor
Blank our rear window (optional?)

Did I miss anything?

Just found a pic of one from an eBay listing that ended a while ago that had a supersize gallery :) :thumbs:thumbs

I just limo tinted the back windows and then ply lined the floor for me tools

to carry a collection of blowup dolls? i dunno....:lol

I'd have brought a robin reliant for that lol

I just seem to have the seats down 80% of the time and the 20% they are up noone is sitting in them so why not turn it into a van

This is the finished floor in sorta draft mode, it is stirling board right now and a lot scruffy, now I have figured out how I will want it I will do the deck again in 18mm ext ply and varnish it.
Basically I used up some old 100x50 and 75x50, made use of the rear and centre seat fixing holes. Got longer bolts for the rear holes and drilled holes half way through 100x50 to get socket in & finished the hole with a 13mm
Front is fixed by ali bolted to middle outer seat bolt holes using original bolts with a lump of 100x50 to support the 75x50.

The rails and deck are in two sections so I can remove front section and fit middle seats. Both deck will lift up and each has a hatch to give access to stuff on floor. Cross supports are old roof racks notched into the rails. with a screw at each end to stop wobble
To stop the front deck slipping forward when tipped a couple of eye bolts are fitted as stops
Front rails are coach screwed to back rails with star washers to stop twist.

If pics are a bit small suggest an ideal size when updating me on how to sent all pics in one go, I have software to do the hard bit.
