Always good to see a bit of mud action :thumb especially going vertical :doh

Not quite vertical Jim but suffice to say the washer jets were gushing fluid, this is the rear end in the mire

Pics are from my phone and for some reason are 90 deg out, sorry about that, this pic tried a single winch pull but no way, it demanded a double line and as the line was on the drum = 12 Tonne pull

Just a point of note my Troll comes in at just over 3 Tonnes, this is what we left behind

Once we got out of that lot we emerged onto deep ruts at 90 deg to our direction and due to being on a fairly steep slope could not get the rear wheels into the correct ruts so got rathe close to a miss placed tree, no we did not touch it

That Patrol does really well and after all that if you were away it would then drag your caravan home.
I keep looking at Patrols but they don’t half hold their money don’t they.

Double pull to the rear was called for

Yes Jim it does well, as for dragging a tin tent, not any more, sold it and hotels are for us now, we like our creature comforts far too much, hope Zac is going to organise some laneing trips this summer, time will tell, Rick

I don’t blame you at all mate, keeps Mags in the comfort she deserves buddy.

If you do have a laning trip I might be tempted to come along for a catch up.
