When we bought the Jeep the Driver Door Card was pulled away from the window glass and the door switch panel kept on popping out of the arm rest frame. Well sorted that with new clips a few weeks into ownership but the Passengers Side was never a priority.

The Missus noticed recently that the Passengers side inner door seal was half on the door card and half out so after sourcing some new clips finally got round to fixing it. There was one missing clip and 4 "Generic" ones that did not fit nice and snug up to the window.

After 20 months of ownership finally removed the door card yesterday fitted 5 new clips and it's as good as new !

All it needs now is the rear ARB links replacing again to shut up the rear suspension rattle. Fitted a pair of rear "Blueprint" ARB links last year but they have obviously failed. Going to try some Heavy Duty ones with Silicone Bushes next see if they last any longer.http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/162206477354?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

ARB Links Ok it was the clamp bushes !!

Well turns out it was not the ARB links on the rear ARB causing the suspension chatter but the clamp bushes were shot !
Just ordered some new ones from Fort worth in the US in Silicone with lubricating grease nipples on the clamp brackets !

I guess i will need to use Silicone Grease on them.
