As the stitching on my leather passenger seat is splitting, I thought I would remove the cover and restitch it. Therefore the whole seat needs to come out and so was after the manual section bt.pdf which I understand covers this.

Could someone please point me towards where to download this as yet again I cannot find it. (Sorry)

Front seat is easy enough.
Four bolts, two at the front which are revealed when you slide the seat right back.
The rear two are under the plastic trims on the end of the runners.
Slide the seat right forward, one cross head screw in the cover and prize off and you will see the bolt heads.
All a 14mm head:thumb2
If you have heated leather seats then there is a multi plug to disconnect under the seat.

You can get the whole manual from here. I have put it up on my server. You will need to unzip it, but that is easy enough.

Panelbeaterrrrr, the man, the legend

It's a tricky old technique that one to cancel the air bag light, I'm constantly plagued with it as well mate, I'll do it later and record it for you and whatsapp the video over if you want? The only other explanation is that you've done it correctly but either the wire is damaged or the plug isn't fully connected and it's invoking the light instantly after the clear.

Hope we'll be seeing you on a meet this year or next mate depending on what happens :thumb2 How's the vans?

It's a 98 terrano so no air bags in the seats to worry about.:thumb2

hia bansheeeeeeeeeeeeeee.i took it to my little local chap who i watched grow up,he put his reader on it came up no faults but he looked under the seat and said some wires had been joiner, his reader did remove the light and ok since as i wont put my hands under there again.he charges me very little as friends rather than customer.once he phoned me up with a terry problem and i talked him the answer, solved it and was happy.its nice to be able to just turn up if i need somthing sorted, last time i went on my buggy as a clunking on stearing, lifted it up and found a nylon wasted was missing so put greased steel one on and did other side to match, nice now.
i have found another use for my brew,i make hand sanatiser with alo vera and hydregen peroxide finished at 65% as trying to buy it was a wast of time.i make it to WHO recipie, they list 2 so i got the ingreadiants in to try both.
i have been brewing non stop since being stuck in,bake fresh bread every other day as well.
got a new battery here to go on van as the extended stay at ricks with no sun i think killed the bettery on it,well it works but not a lot of stored power.
i have got bottanicals to make my reserpie gin as well.

Are you not tempted to throw caution to the wind and just try it Panelbeater?

If I ever end up with a 3.0 I will deffo try it, what's the worst that could happen, most things can be fixed, I've swapped IP's now :nenau

Zac do you not remember Harlowmavs 3 that he got cheap as it had been run on other than derv, I managed to clean the pump out but he was lucky, Rick

Maybe now you mention the username!!! Tell em more what occurred with that one Rick?

Well my memory is not that good but it had been run on veggie or some such, it would start but not rev, once I got it home I set up a derv tank on the car roof but it was no better, so I made up a pump system with a bleed and a pressure gauge to force pressurized fuel into the IP, after a while and increasing the pressure gradually the running improved to the point that it ran well, took it for a test drive and all was good, all this was over a period of around two days if I remember correctly, there is a thread of mine that documents it, Rick

I'll have a look for that Rick should make for an interesting read :thumb2
