Was there on saturday (recce) and sunday for Yorkshire & Lincolnshire 4x4 Response training day. I spent all day saturday trining 4 drivers from British Red Cross in a 08 Defender 110, and there were 3 more in another 110. Unfortunately I didn't get to do much driving on sunday but heres a quick pic that someone took. On the saturday I drove all the course we were using for the training though.
We ought to organise a club day out there, £30 to get in IIRC, its about 5mins from J27 M62 so is easy to get to for a fair number of members. Routes are greade red, blue and black but to do the blacks you have to have a winch and they advise a snorkel. Blues are suitale for any 4x4 so even total beginners would be ok.
