ok, so I washed my car AGAIN today, and I want to sort a little of the body work out. I hav etwo rust spots on the two front arches to sand, fill and paint. I have a long scratch on the bonnet that needs rust treatment and paint. I also want to paint the bumpers and do some diy restoration on the alloy wheels.
I understand with the bumpers, I probably need to rub down with soem light sand paper, to rmeove all the old wax's and stuff, correct?? THEN, I want to spray with soem bumper paint i have seen, to bring it up all shiney and black, anyone ever done this?
As for the alloys, I have the usual sort of peeling/chips/marks etc, and the parts that arent damaged look really nice, i thought it would be good to rub them down, and spray up with some alloy wheel spray paint, are these any good??
