Overheating Terrano 2.7

HI, Just had my terrano 2.7 towed home,
Over heating, rad cap leaking and poor pressure on return pipes to radiator needs flushing and spares, not done anything like this before where do i get spares? and is it garage job?

Overheating can cause problems with the cylinder head, so if it has overheated something to consider might be getting the head skimmed & a new gasket fitted.
