once got a traffic cone under the bus was driving, had to listen to it scraping

That's taken some doing as the axles sit lower than anything else so she's hit the front axle first then kept going...

I'd guess front axle has slid off and the concrete ball has bashed the sump :doh

If the engine has been kept running long enough with no oil there could be a bottom pulley available for Banshee or at least some materials for makeitfit to practice his art work :naughty every cloud & all that.
