I have been using Spotify for a while now while at home using the home WiFi.
Its a streaming music site and I love it.
You can go premium for 5.99 per month.

Meaning you can download stuff to play on the go and without an advert every 3rd track.

Today we went phone shopping.
And ended up in the ee shop.

There was a gadget for sale that was a coke can shape to fit in your cup holder.
It was £10 per month for roaming WiFi in your car:clap.

That's brilliant if it works.I can use Spotify for all my music needs on the go with every piece of music you could think of.
Plus uploading videos on the go.the forum is always with me.

That would mean no more storage space needed for music on my tablet.no more transferring music and MP3s.

To me it sounds too good to be true.
Anyone got any advice?

Only good if you can get a signal.
EE ain't that good mate.
That's what I'm on and can Bearley get a signal at mine.

EE is poo and so is spotify, why pay when you can download all your songs for free and stream them from a memory card?

Give it a chance today, might surprise you, my dad's company vehicle in Denmark had a wifi magiggy inside, it was brill, we drove from Denmark to Netherlands, I had wifi the whole way

Oh and being such a big vehicle he called the wifi
"Airforce 1" :lol

Wow, all this techie stuff in cars........too much to deal with, when you should be..........driving..........I have installed a mechless radio with a 32gb usb stick with loads of music, my mobile hands free, through the radio, and a GPS when I can be bothered.
Sometimes it all becomes so distracting from the job in hand........driving........safely.........that it all gets turned off!
I tried once putting music through my bike intercom.........so b####y dangerous, it disconnected my brain from the riding, that it got taken off after less than 100 yards!..........:nenau

Very good point John, it can get massively distracting the more and more that we install into our cars.

I just pair my phone to the head unit via Bluetooth, hit a Spotify playlist I've created and off I go

Spotify is POO compared to DEEZER :D I know I've had both. I pay for deezer 4.99 a month . The reason it's better than Spityfy is that the deezer app works on any platform for the same money. So that's lappy, tablet and phone. More over the sound quality on Deezer is so much better. I use it at home all the time and on the road. EE 4 G flippin' awesome :sly
I sacrificed all my playlists on Spotify in pref for Deezer, can't fault it :clap

Steve, have you checked you can use Spoty on the move on your phone at 5.99 a month ? :augie

Turns out jacs new phone will play Spotify on the go😁.

They must have responded to deezer threats then lol
When I was on Spotify earlier this year they wanted an extra 4.99 a month to go tablet and mobile

In Spotify on the phone, you have to manually knock the download settings up for audio quality, you get 3 settings, Normal Quality, High Quality and Extreme Quality

Change these and it's just as good as Deezer

Is that also on streaming ?

Will have a looksie on the settings buddy.
I'm just bidding on a very good quality Bluetooth speaker to go with my tablet/phone/Spotify experience to save keep plugging my tablet in the sereo at home.
Totally portable quality music anywhere I go.
Who needs to clog there device up with music files when you have every record you could think of at your finger tips
Gone are CDs. memory sticks.converting music files etc.

That's exactly what I did last year :D
I'm using the Logitech blue tooth audio gizmo. Works a treat :thumb2

could not agree more, I am an ex very long distance trucker, in the 70s had music and illegal CB on all the time but I was younger then and the roads were not what they are now, these days the radio is non functional, I rarely use sat nav and if I have passengers, because my hearing is poor they soon shut up when I answer incorrectly, have you noticed how people are on the phone or texting all the time even when walking along the high street, yes and totally unaware of others walking near them, I have taken to not moving out of their way and have a mild bump, then comment on their not being able to walk while on the phone let alone drive, I get some odd comments, Rick
