i dont want them to stick out ... I though 265 was the biggest i could go ?

You just need some balls, a big hammer and a jiggy:thumbs
Depends more on your wheel offset though really, 'cause you can get the tyre rubbing up your arches
As far as sticking OUT is concerned , well you'll probably need a little bit of "foamex" or similar to keep the tread covered when viewed from directly above
Dont worry about the tyre wall , it's only the tread that plod can have a go about:thumbs
I've got 265/75s on at the mo and there's loads of room yet:sly

offset is 25mm , they are standard 16" terrano rims , hoping they fill fit 7" rims cough cough
