I've just read that oil is forecast to go to $200 a barrel by the end of the year ... anyone else come across this forecast ? .... that means petrol at around a tenner a gallon ....

If the press get there trap shut it would not hit that price, basically the more they make prediction the more the petrol companies are encouraged to carry on putting the price up.
Don't put the thought in there heads
If the press protested more about the price going up maybe they would think twice in putting the price up :wink:
Maybe the headlines should read "Bottom to drop out in oil price due to customer resistance"
I have heard that the oil companies are selling petrol for $120 a barrel and out of that they make $100 as it only still costing the same to make it.
It's the bye products that are costing more as there less of a demand and profit.
Either way I feel a tight feeling around my crutch no matter what.

Its all part of a master plan. Get as much as they can from us before the oil runs out, by which time there will be another source of fuel for us all to use. Its a human thing. Greed !!! :evil:
