Oil Filters

Went to local motor shop on way home, thought I'd get an oil filter for the project truck. Gave reg number and they came up with three different types? They had two in stock, one was slightly bigger than other and the centre hole with the screw thread are different sized holes.

Can anyone recommend particular brand?

I'm off to a different supplier on Friday who seem to sell blueprint kit.

Blueprint is good stuff, I've been getting UFI at the moment, OEM kit apparently on a lot of new cars, found one on a Passat the other day

Mahle Oil Filters etc, also rate Blueprint !

I use Mahle filters and like the Blueprint stuff like suspension arms & ARB links they do for my 300C & the Jeep.

I think they found a good marketing brand with the name "Blueprint" and up to now I have been impressed with the price, quality and finish of all the stuff I have bought so far including Discs, Brake Pads and Front Suspension arms on various vehicles.

When our Mercedes needed brake discs I purchased Brembo from our local Motor Factors cheaper than MB Genuine Parts with my staff discount !
