Oil filter is accessed easiest from the passenger side wheel arch.
Take the wheel off and get it on an axle stand as level as possible.
Remove the rubber inner arch cover to reveal the filter.
Not much room to get a filter tool in but I've always managed to get mine off by hand.
10W40 mineral oil is the the best stuff for these old engines.
Full change with filter is around 7 litres.
I use mannol oil which is available in a 10 ltr drum so leaves some for top ups and next oil change.
Sump plug is at the front of the sump just behind the front diff and should be a 14mm head on the bolt.

A few tips to get the best effect:
1, Drain oil when very HOT & give it at least 10 mins. to fully drain thus ensuring max. contaminate removal in the quickest time.
2, Pour 1/2 L of fresh oil into the sump so as to flush out the remaining oil that will still be lying about, again allowing it to fully drain. You'll be amazed how much more dirty oil comes out!
3, Prime new filter with enough oil to at least soak the element (reduces time required for new oil to fully circulate).
4, Fit a bonded type washer to the drain plug, it will last indefinitely & seal perfectly with little more than hand tightness.
There's nothing like a good oil change to make a car (& it's owner!) run better LOL, & there's also the satisfaction of a job well done.
