Anybody ever used this oil in their motor ????
What do you use in yours ????
Whats the correct grade for a 2.7 td ????

No problems and very cheap main dealers use it used to know the rep

sheila uses castrol magnatec in her disco , i have absolutely no idea what oil is in my mistral as i havent needed to top it up :thumb2 , but if i do sheila has a container of magnatec

That looks pretty good value to me:thumb2 does anyone else have any comment on it/used it??

I use Castrol magnatec, 10-40, This time I bought 4 x 2litres semi-synthetic from Tesco when it was on special back in June.

I have always used the standard mineral, but this was cheaper.
I assume it will be ok to use this after mineral, I know that you shouldn't go to fully synthetic after mineral, and I under stand there would be no benefit on the 2.7 TD bog standard.

Oil/ filter change due in November, whether it needs it or not.:nenau
Will do tappets as well I think, and flush rad and replace brake fluid.
Check glow plugs, as well.
