Just thought I'd report back on the latest power mods on me beastie:sly
I've listed recently but just to recap, I cleaned out the I/C, blanked off the EGR, took the oil bypass thing off the air intake, fited new No1 injector, fitted elec fans AND went mad off road today.
Went to a site I did a month ago and now the truck just pulls the hills down to me:sly
The bigger hills I just couldnt get up before but this time just thrashed them in 2nd :D
Better combined torque and ground clearance than most of the Discos:)

Interesting pics :thumb2:thumb2

Ive just let them run on slide show with Roger Waters (music HERO ) pros and cons playing , good combo :D

I went to see Roger doing his Pros n cons tour:thumbs
Top gig as he did a stack of floyd stuff too:cool:

You lucky bastard.........

He and Alan Parsons are the two I will book whatever the cost next time they pop up :D

Pros and cons Pt II is one of my all time ever favourites (especially the Andy Fairweather Lowe version)

I'm afraid I'm old school. Gilmour and Mason are superb but genius of Waters is Pink Floyd on a roll ;)

Where did you see him?

I was just trying to remember.........it was in London somewhere:augie
Pretty sure it was Wembly arena.....

I'm well jealous :naughty :bow

Ive gradually seen loads of the musicians I want to live, the latest was Mark Knoplfer who popped up as a guest at a live gig and played local hero live......FANTASTIC........but Roger Waters is one I need to book asap before I die :D

anyway.......whilst happily humming the pros and cons of hitch hiking..sorry for diverting this thread....back on topic off road power ...yes .....hmmmmm..........;)

It's my thread:thumb2 and it was in fact Earls Court :thumbs
Took another glass of wine but I remembered in the end:cool:

saw van morrison at st georges hall bradford , also , gary moore at mem arena ......AWESOME

Excellent stuff Briggie, St Goerges Hall was a hidden treasure.

I saw Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne and iron maiden there in the 80s. Top venue :thumb2

Adz and me showing how to climb out of the river bed. Only a few of us made it:D

Love live music but these days you have to be really on the case to get tickets or be really minted:doh
If you've missed a band and want to see what they were like live, then check out this site for concert vids of the whole show "Wolfgang's Vault"
and for up coming gig info try ENTS24
