Noise when lifting clutch

Hi All,

Not had the car long, about 3 months, it's been through a full service with part of the exhaust replaced and everything was running sweet.

Now when changing gear I hear a loud clicking noise under the car, sounds like when you run over a manhole cover.

The gearbox and clutch are working fine, no problems getting into gear.

I've noticed a vibration when going over 60mph.

Any suggestions?

unsure...exhaust considering its been changed/messed with recently? definately ONLY when changing gear? if so, did they change the gearbox oil properly, and are the plugs back in etc?
