And the guy reckons it took seven days on and off.

i spoke to the guy, he's a member here

Oh no Ryan has seen it...:doh:doh

That's his next project.
It gets rid of the rear seat belt rust problem, rear floor problem and rear part of the cills sorted. No more leaking rear door, but where does the spare wheel go?

Sun roof could be a b**ger though, especially on the slide bit, but tilt should still work.

Now how do you declare this mod on the insurance and get it through the MOT as it is quite a major change.

Very neat though, I like it.

nah, i ain't butchering my terrano, because i put a new roof lining, lights and rear passenger/boot vents in, soo nice when your in the back, having air blown down at you :D:D

Really ? Can I do that / What's the commercial tax then? I'm interested :naughty

The tax on my works van is £215
I remember reading somewhere that if your 4x4 was classed as a commercial, you pay the lower rate.
Now, I know LR did commercial variants and as well as other makers and that Nissan did a Terrano commercial.
A question was asked (not sure where) as to, if you blank out the rear side windows with metal , would this count as a commercial :nenau:nenau:nenau

Anyway, it's worth a look

Hmmm, that's what my T2 tax is  Ah well saves welding up the back windows.
I thought if there was some decent saving I'd change the V5 :naughty

Just taxed the Mav for £225 12 months, how come the T2 is only £215?

all down to name and parts cost i think, nissan is cheaper.....same with the insurance, the terrano is a lower group
