nissan terrano II various names

Hi all I have a 2000 plate Terrano II sport (SWB) and I am looking for some aftermarket bits for my car, thing is most of the bits such as winch bumbers are listing from USA, is the car called the X-Tera out there so I know I am buying the correct bits??

As far as I know the Terrano 2 has only been sold as the Mistral in Japan and also as the Ford Maverick in Europe, no other names have been used and in fact the american market has not had the Terrano 2 at all. What they Call the Pathfinder is similar to the original Terrano and if coded D21 like the pick up over here. The Terrano 2/Maverick/Mistral are all referred to as R20.

People have found winch bumpers etc in Australia and Israel IIRC, but they were horrendously priced when you added the postage. Probably better to get a 4x4 specialist to fab one up over here to fit your vehicle, thats what I'm planning to do. Also beware there are 3 different front ends and each has different bumpers so you need to ensure that any winch bumper is for your year of truck.

got my navara winch bumper from tbr with 10% off with club number its made by arb who do lot aussie kit and they get terranos same as us so may be able to get one to fit weighs a tonne but easy to fit says airbag freindly for ins purposes

Xterra is like the surf version of the toyota hilux but for the D22, I saw some stuff when researching, quite nice!

they have/had an xterra project vehicle, as said front resembles previous navara d22.

almost pity it wasnt brought to europe about time maverick(aka t2 / r20) changed to mazda sourcing to replace t2 maybe.
