its not much but i fit amps for my son and his m8s, the only problem i have is crimping the big connector for the battery, so treated myself to these

I have one of those, different make, but boy what a bit of kit... when you crimp a terminal onto a bit of 16mm2 cable with that, it stays put...

Only problem is the cost of the dies... I have a load for tube style crimps, but could do with one for "U" crimps.
 
Crimping Tools

I bought a similar tool about 25 years ago when I moved my Consumer Unit only used about half a dozen times since but they are brilliant giving you a factory quality crimp.

Luckily I am quite organised with my tool cupboard and can always find them when I need to.
