Springs has arrived here so have done the annual spring clean on the beast.
In the process of cleaning the rear door I found out that the top door rubber that's on the actual roof comes off.
Guess what ? the ledge that holds the rubber on was starting to rust through.
The gunk gets in between the rubber and the metal ledge and sits there making a nice home for the rust.
The rubber is held on by 2 push in grommets either end of the rubber then it just pulls off the metal lip.
Worth a 2 minute look next time you are washing your vehicle
