New front cross member..

Sorting out the body lift on the T2 and found the front cross member was a little worse for wear so this is what i made up, put the photos on photobucket so i hope ive done this right and you can view them!!

Bolted into the body mounting...

Bolted in and undersealed...

you done a good job. jimsterrano had most things done to his bus i could make that in advance for him... its all thats left to do..lol

very easy to do at work with dimensions

Dimensions

The box section is 50 x 50 i cut 1005mm long, then angle iron on the ends which was 50 x 60 mm. you can make that what you want within reason. Slots for air con rad and radiator mountings im unsure of as i was making it up as i went along and wrote nothing down! sorry i cant help anymore!!
