New door sill required.

As per the thread title, does anybody know a reliable source where I can buy a replacement door sill for a 1998 Patrol Y61 2.8TD?

What started as a small repair on the door sill has turned into cutting away most of the wheel arch, body mounting point and 40% of the door sill. Photo’s to follow.

I have had a search and cannot find any, even the guys in Poland that supplied my rear wing have not got any, might I suggest that you do something similar to to mine in my Ricks new patrol, thread, for normal use it does not need to be so heavy, Rick

Thanks Rick, the guys in Poland claim to have one in stock which I ordered earlier today. Never dealt with them before so wasn’t sure if they were trustworthy. After spending the last few days searching that was my only option. Even if I only use some part of it, it should always help.

To be honest Rick I have only read a little part of your thread. Haven’t had time to read it in its entirity. Will have a look in the next few days. Colin

Yes I saw they had one but assumed it sold, the wing I got was first class although packaging could have been better, Rick

Excellent, that is good to hear. Hopefully this door sill is a good fit.
Also ordered a shrinker/stretcher as the rear offside wheel arch has completely perished. Colin
