Help please, I've been gently squeezing the last few millimeters of clutch plate for the last few months and now it's a slipping more than not:doh
Due to an unforseen expense (LOKKA) can anyone tell me how long it takes to do the job myself:augie
I aim to do the 3.0 L mod so need details on that too please.
Cheers Mr slippy

took me about a day to do mine.
all depends on how many tea breaks you have:lol
its all the work to get at the box that makes it a long job.
i gave all the nuts and bolts a dowsing with wd40 everyday for about a week before i did the clutch then it had time to start freeing up them rusty bits of steel.

somebody did one in 4-5 hrs, i think it was jimmy 92 and he has'nt been about latly, anyone heard from him, anyway pete he's the guy you need to speak to.:thumb2

hi there,
i done mine in a morning 4-5 hours but i did use a 2 poster ramp at work which made it so much easier and quicker, as been said above once all the torsion bars are out the way
not too bad, but wouldnt want to do it on the floor plus the gear box is f---ing heavy but i used 2 hydrulic jacks hope that helps, on the bright side it was much easier than i thought it would be.
cheers eboy.

oh forgot to say done all the inside bit the night before.
