New boots

Got the new tyres fitted today, Bog standard 235/65/17 Cooper AT/3.
It's nice to have side walls that can support the truck in corners and over bumps.
Opinion after about an hour on the asphalt is positive, positive, positive. Now let's find some slippy stuff.

I don't think you can go wrong with the Cooper range at the moment.
Please wash that blue protector off the sidewall writing as soon as though.:thumb2
Soapy suds and 320 grit worked flat across the writing will do it nicely!

Armor-Tek Shoulders on these are immense but noisy when cornering however you've only gone for AT's so you might be OK, when doing 40-50mph round some of the A Road bends on the way to and from work mine sounds like a plane

had great service from cooper atr on last terrano all four gave 4 years use and
then two best carried on with a pair of grabber at.

on terrano before that grabber at2 were superb.
current t2 has goodyear ht pattern and will be looking at cooper at3 and the
latest grabber at3 next.

I also have Cooper discoverer AT, they are a very good tyre, road noise is low and good grip off road too :thumbs:thumbs:thumbs

Yep it's a great feeling is new rubber even if its a Placebo effect !

Always remember the Placebo effect is a real medically proven effect.lol

I just love new Tyres Man - then about a week later they become - just tyres again!
