Hmm, it's easier to manipulate yes, but I'd say that stuff best for air induction. I've used it for the cold air ram intake but didn't fancy it for snorkel intake. It's too easy to cut or pierce I reckon. The silicone version is much smoother inside too and so less turbulance . It will also maintain constant cross section :thumbsI used this, much better to get in to place, stays in shape and cheap too...
