need ropes or fixings etc ?

today we bought some new ropes... as we snapped most of our kit at the weekend. including 2 waffle boards

we just bought it as cut lengths and plan to splice it ourselves just for something to do in the evenings, while im grounded for being late home at the weekend.


anyway they have a web site and you can buy online

they were very helpful and friendly - bloody good shop

also they sell shackles cables and cable fixings (for bush cables )

Can't see anything on their site that is suitable for 4x4 recovery - no wonder you're snapping stuff. I can honestly say I have never snapped a recovery strap or rope.

What have you bought???

only a few shackles some tree strops and 10 meters of rope

if there is something you want but cant see it they will get it for you

i got my last recovery strops from here

need to get some more as most of them have been chewed by rodents of some description while in the shed.
at the moment i have got a couple of nylon 6 mtr 5 ton wagon straps.
only been used once in about a year but they are better than nothing.

Have they got rated shackles? Could only see basic commercial shackles.

Likewise couldn't see any straps or rthick rope, but suppose they don't have to have everything online.

yes rated shackles and straps and ropes of all sizes

we only went for 24mm nylon rope as we wanted to practice splicing for some light entertainment.

but we got 10metres for 15 quid so nothing lost there if we break them
