So big blue is booked in for Tuesday but I’ll be dropping it off Monday teatime on way home from work.
So far today I’ve fitted both Anti Roll Bar Links and the two rubber D bushes. Both Front Shockers, a pair of Monroe Adventures. Think the old ones were original as they were genuine Nissan. Both disks and pads too.
Just taken it out for a test drive stops really well so should be better when bedded in and nice and straight too. The ride has been transformed, obviously the old ones were tired as it was very bouncy amd wollowed.
Now I’m back I checked front wheels and driverside needs wheel bearing adjusting as there’s a little play. The disadvantage of those nice 17” alloys is the solid centre so can’t adjust bearing with wheel on. Tomorrow will also need to adjust handbrake as the nut has worked slack again below the lever.
So I’m tired now having done all that, feels like a good days work.
