I've just discover the drivers side foot well is ringing wet, I haven't had a chance to investigate as its still raining. Does anyone know of a regular place that lets the water in windscreen seal or sunroof drain perhaps?
any advice appreciated!

Open the drivers door and shine a torch below the bottom hinge and see all the crud that's built up behind the wing. This blocks the sunroof drain and also water finds it's way in as it builds up there. Also check the seem in the wheel arch between the bulkhead and inner wing, this rots out and creates a hole. If so iy will need a patch welding on.

The sun roof had 4 pipes on it for water to run away into the drain hole, one may have come loose. You will have to take the roof lining out to get to them though.
Failing that, is there any damage or rust on the bulkhead that water could get in through?
After that, check the seal on the windscreen top and bottom, see if its in good condition.
