hi my mate has a mav lacks power and smokes, he drove it with minimal fuel and slowly lost power revs to 2500,are we looking at filters cheers paul, ps since i joined this club its been brill. HOPE YOU ALL HAVE MERRY CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR paul in whitby

i have exactly the same fault, i changed the fuel filter, binned the air filter,checked the mini filter, on banjo hose (not there) ! no-maf (non-intercooler)

ok .....egr valve to block & turbo hoses to check, t'morra.

cured mine, after a indepth search for the filter, there she was...lurking in the depths..Now thouroughly cleaned & replace ..

bingo !! back to normal & better :clap
