its an easy enough job to do if you have a balljoint remover and a big hammer:naughty. i drove up onto a couple of breeze blocs at the front to save jacking. the n/s (left if your in the car) can be done without removing the wheel, just put it on full lock. i had to remove the o/s wheel to get to that one as the split pin was in the wrong way around. in the manual it says to build it up to a set length before fitting, but in reality you cant get it into position in one piece, so i mocked them up and marked them then stripped down and fitted them, adjusting to my marks. i then adjusted to give me about 3" tow in both sides. hope this helps. oh 1 more thing, if yours have grease nipples then do them before fitting else you struggle to get your grease gun in. good luck, vince
