I wouldn't want a dodgy MOT...
If you look at some of the rusty wrecks that have appeared on here, some of those have come down the dodgy MOT route, and the authorities should have investigated those. With luck... someone going to court.
Also the person requesting one, knowing it is dodgy.

More especially if my wife and family are in the car, or even worse... they go out for a day in it... If they are late back, what will you be thinking?..

Re MOT testers... No dodgy MOT testers on this site, we care for each other too much.
