MOT question

Hi All,

My truck is up for it's first MOT since I've owned it. I was wondering - it doesn't have an internal rear view mirror - is this a fail or are the nearside and offside mirrors enough?

if its not there its not a fail. vans dont have them ,

if you had one, and hung something off it its a fail
(air freshener or dice anything)
