Truck went in for MOT on Wednesday. The first time for MOT since I aquired it last year.
Bad news - It failed.
Good News - Only failed on head light low & middle rear seat belt not clipping together. Seat belt turned out to be the small plastic bead on the buckle was pushed through so it protruded on both sides. Sussed out it should only protrude on one side to locate in the groove on the socket part of the belt. Took about 2 mins to work that out and fix it.
Went back in today and passed (they adjusted the head light).
Only advisory was slight play in front wheel bearings.
The best news came when I was talking to the guy who did the test. He said when he saw it was a terrano he was expecting to see rust underneath, but on mine couldn't find any. Said its was the best one he had ever seen.
So I'm feeling quiet chuffed with that.
