That is fairly severe, you could convert it to a commercial, remove rear seat belts...

That gets rid of a couple. This area is weak on these vehicles due to the double floor pan. Looks like some serious welding required.

Rear hanbrake might only need a clean and degrease and adjustment.

Rustic

its not that much work really just time consuming

You can do it Steve, I know at this point it can be very depressing but you'll get there pal. How are you going to get the welding done, can you do ot yourself?

Yes Jim i'll be doing it myself only downside is i have to do it on the road as we dont have a driveway

That is a bit of a list there Steve, shame you are not closer, Rick

i'm having problems adjusting the headlights, i cant find the adjusting screws, could someone point me in the right direction please

Yes, mine are like that too, MkI maverick.

Also, check your head light bulbs actually sit in the housing correctly.

It's amazing how many people are driving around with one head light shining at the stars...
It's really irritating when on the motorway and they sit behind you in the next lane slowly overtaking you....

Ouch:doh but you'll get it sorted tho Steve:thumb2 can't remember if yours is a twin headlight model (MK2) as I think the front covers may have to come off so you can get at the headlight adjusters but I could be wrong:nenau

right think i've done it but without one of the things the mot place use i cant be 100%

yes you take the front covers off to adjust them, i've left them off for now and am hoping i can find somewhere that will do a free check for me

Yeah Sweetys right if its the twin round lights the painted bezel comes off to adjust.

and now i've ran out of welding wire :doh :lol
