K & N do a direct replacement filter for the 2.7 :thumbs That might get you 1 hp maybe 2 :lol
Next bin the EGR
Get a power chip type tuning box , good for 20 hp(nice n cheap) OR spend zillions on a remap and get a bit more
Replace IP relief valve.
Mod turbo with bigger comp wheel
Bin the turbo down pipe for free flowing 2.5"
LPG injection
Bigger intercooler and go front mount
That'll get you into the 175 bhp zone but more importantly bucket loads of TORQUE :naughty
Then you'll need a better clutch. 3.0 one fits :thumbs

I was looking for a k&n filter couldn't find one anywhere for a 2.7 2004 model, would one for a older model fit? also where can I buy a power chip from? had a look on the net couldn't find one anywhere either

Plenty on ebay and there's been some threads recently on power chips. Worth a search :thumb2
Have you got a pic of your air box ?
I seem to recall the older model one will fit but try ringing KnN

Depends how you buy? I got all the components on fleabay etc Easily under 200 quid Simply the best bang per buck going :sly
