I've had:

2005: Panasonic X10
2006: Nokia 'cant remember model"
2007: Sony Ericsson k550i
2008: LG kp500 cookie
2009: IPhone 3G
NOW: HTC one X

Ohh, reason I posted this is because I found my Panasonic in a box in the loft, it made me think, why not create a thread:nenau:lol
