mk2 front on to mk3

Not as easy as you'd think I have 2002 t2 with later square head lamps but thought id swap to round head light but I want to keep my later grill and bumper and also I have Indicators in the wings. I've asked be fore and been told straight swap. Well no it isn't this is pic with bits just bolted in



And close up nothing lines up at all





Gonna be fair amount of fettling to get it to work but I like that sort of thing and always love being different

Is it just the bumper that's different? Or is the bonnet different too. Knew the bumper was different, personally I'd love the square silver headlamps from the later model on mine. I'd even thought about the fixed hubs, just aint got the cash for yours at the moment.

Bumper and indicators dont line up but they will. Maybe deal on fixed hubs and lights as not expecting much for hubs so make me an offer

When you say changing the front end, doesn't that mean wings bonnet and bumper too?

Nope bonnets are the same ill be keeping wings as like the idea of indicators staying in the wings and they're mint! Bumper and grill will be modified to fit so bits from both so not full mk2 front end or full mk3. My very own Frankenstein bits of both
