There not working :doh

The back 1 is so i have suggested driving in reverse but shes (Lynn) bad enough going forwards :augie

The stalk works as its powering up the fuse

Have no power to the motor

To eliminate the motor before i attack the wiring, can you put 12 volts straight to it

It will already have a 12V feed to it, so the park function can work.
But without a diagram it'll be guesswork as to what needs to be connected to what!
