On the Mk1 Terrano, the end of the bumpers are a pressed steel cap that rounds off the end of the "Girder" style bumper that runs across the front.
Both the front end caps are very badly corroded, to the point there are several holes in them, and hardly any metal to rub back to. The chances of getting replacements are pretty slim, I have been keeping an eye open on Fleabay for a while, but nothing.
So, if it was yours, what would you do? and if it involves fabricating new ones... how much would you charge?:lol
I was wondering about going the whole way, and asking someone if they could make a winch bumper for it, but not sure on the practicalities of that.
