hi,did the regulator over the weekend, nice easy job if only it went well, the previous regulator had frayed cable all over the place,so removed door panel and then regulator and installed new one, probably 30mins all up,pushed the button and up went the window but alas it wouldnt come back down, removed regulator and thought it looked abit askew at the top so prompty gave it a we tweek with a cresent,a really wee tweak and promptly smashed the plastic bit the wire runs over.the new one and the old one were slighly different in cable size etc but i did manage to make one good regulator out of the two broken ones.(took a couple of hours tho)bolted it back in and up she goes but it still wont come back down,so the door switch is probably stuffed a very frustating afternoon.cheers pete

glad it all went well... well nearly..

ask CNCFAB he could have a switch.. or ebay some times have some
