Mistral Suspension at rear

Hello.

Can any other Mistral owners help me out here. Since the car came back from a auto gearbox re-fit, I've heard an odd noise from the rear left hand side (passenger side) of the vehicle when I go over a bump.

On examination of the underside of the car on both sides - they look different. Have the mechanics missed off a part of my suspension. I've taken a pictuire and circled the area where I think there is an extra part on the right and the missing part on the left.

Can anybody confirm if my suspisions are correct?

hi,

no its just as nissan made it as it is on my r20 terrano II, just been out to double check.

its the axle location bar. may be called a panhard rod i think.

noise could be a bush loose or failed. mine makes lots of little noises
from all over, its when they stop i start to worry....

had a banging noise on my terrano (manual gearbox) top of g`box runs very very close to transmission tunnel .
mine had wrong rear gearbox mount fitted.
replaced problem solved.
