Mistral Engine diagnostics

Anyone know of reliable / fair garage in or near Hull, East Yorkshire who might bw able to hook up the car to a diagnostics unit for engine managment. Management light regularly comes on and reduces fuel to the engine and she slows down. When light goes off goes back to normal power.

if its an import there is no diagnostic availability on it. ive tried for years
