Mini Filter again....

Hi guys, the other day i removed and cleaned my mini filter.
Today i decided to remove the filter all together, i had to drill it out, once removed look at the state of it....so when you think you have cleaned it....think again...

YUCK indeed....

Yes its running better now, but i have also replaced the fuel filter, cleaned the K&N filter and replaced the leak off pipes.

I have a run down the M1 to Leicester tomorrow so i will report my findings.

Funny that I was gonna grow a pair and do my leak off pipes today but want to do heater plugs at same time but couldnt get everything.

So where has the hairs come from in the filter, look like dog hairs. Are you using used veggie or something.

Soooooooooooooo, when you remove the mini filter, where does all the carp end up now?

i have no idea where the hairs have come from....although i do have three dogs....:doh
No i am running derv, havent run bio for a couple of years....the crap has probably been there since the truck started life...the problem is when you try to clean it you can only clean a small part of it....because the gungy bit is in the top of the banjo bolt where you cant see or get too....

i guess the crap is pushed back into the tank....where it started from....i would like to know how that stuff got through the fuel filter in the first place...
