Let the bumper madness commence.

Unfortunately it did not fit, infact bonnet and grill were in way. So rick brought out the baby welder first to measure up. And the grinder :sly

Deciding what metal to use :lol

Good night :lol

Love the centre hoop on the bumper:thumb2 always liked it when I've seen trucks from the US with them. Now your prob hate going to hate me for saying this but it needs some sort of fillet or the very top of the old bumper cutting off to fill in the huge gap between the new bumper & the headlights:augie You could do with a plate going from the bumper & down under the front X member to help stop the rad getting totaly blocked with mud & to give the rad some protection holes could be cut in for air flow to the rad hey you have your name cut out:lol:lol:lol for me looks of a motor mater if it's a daily or family motor:thumb2:augie if it's a pure off roader who cares as long as it gets the job done looks are a bonus:thumb2:augie

Sorry Alex you're gonna start a marmite situation again. It's your car mate but have to say be careful with the police or at MOT time. I wont give you my opinion but I'm sure you can guess:augie

Eheh yes I know. It's what I've always wanted, I always love the bigger and more aggressive look. Once I slap a winch on it transformation will be complete (and paint)

And sweety yes your right, I do need to fabricate something in the near future, not sure where to do that though.

I think that's a good thing... Right... :nenau. :lol

I am not going to comment on this, either way...:nenau

I don't want to upset you....:doh
