maverick fuel pump

Hi everyone.I have a lots of problem with my maverick tdi.The latest i just simple can not start it up.Did any of you try to fit an old manual fuel pump on the tdi engine?Will be nice if i can cut out all the sensors and make my car reliable as my old terrano.Hope somebody can help me.Many thanks

wont work.
tdi is drive by wire.. needs all the electrics to work
