Remember when I had some bigger tyres fitted the other week and the fella didn't balance the fronts right?
Well yesterday I heard some noise like something was catching and also the front brakes felt awful. So today I investigated the noise and found one of the N/S front pads was down to the metal.
New pads and a short test drive and the noise and grumbling was still there  WTF going on here then, sounds like its coming from the back. Jacked up the N/S rear to check for any bearing play and the wheel nearly came off in my hands.:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
Tyre man didn't tighten the nuts. Fecking idiot

So which F1 team was he fired from.:doh

Always check my nuts on a regular basis given the punishment I put them through ;-)

I'm still in shock just thinking about what could have happened... Clivvy, All 4!!! bloody hell.
My mate has a fleet of vans so their is always one getting work done or due a service. One of his drivers picked a van up from the garage and his back wheel overtook him on a country rd bounced off a few cars jumped over a hedge and rested in a field.

always check your man nuts and vehicle nuts.

Never trust a tyre place to do anything properly.
